All borrowers are responsible for any fines incurred on any material signed-out to their library cards. If you sign out material for another student or friend on your card, you are held responsible for the material and any fines or other fees incurred on your card. This includes all items as well as reserve items borrowered from the library.

Please note

• Graduating students who have not returned all library materials by the end of the academic year and/or have unpaid fines must clear his or her fines and either return the materials or pay replacement costs, in order to receive official transcripts, certificates, degrees or diplomas.
• Returning students who have outstanding loans or fines will not be permitted to register until they have paid their fines and either returned the material or paid the replacement costs.

Fine Schedule

Material not returned by the due date will be subject to fines.

Lost or Damaged Items

• All borrowers are responsible for the replacement costs of any lost or damaged items signed out to their card.
• Note: If a lost item is found, a refund for the replacement and processing charges will be given. Adjustments to any fines will be made accordingly.
