Construction continues at the North Campus. In this photo, the exterior of Phase III (building "J") at the centre has been completed as has Phase II (building "E") the four storey building on the upper right however there still appears to be construction in front of this building to an addition (building "IE") which later houses the Humburger food services area on the main floor and the library on the upper floor. The pile of dirt on the right would be located in front of the new power plant (building "I") that was under construction at this time. Notice that telephone poles were used to divide the road from the grassed parking lot.
