A Convocation reception is held in the Concourse where a large chocolate cake with the Humber logo and the word "Diploma" is being served by a Food Service worker to guests. Humber ran its own Food Service operation until it was outsourced in the mid-1980s. During these early years Humber staff catered many events and functions providing high quality meals and service.
